As founder of MOODZINE I want to share with you my experience in fashion and communications fields. In 1990, after a year of living and traveling around Europe I went back home in Mexico City to start a new a career as freelance writer, the radio producer Sergio Kischner invited me to write for the radio show "Nexus 6", the show was about electronic music and fashion, after a short period of time the show became successful and I started working as stylist for fashion shows, store catalogs and TV commercials. In 1991, I met Hector de Anda, he was the Editor of VOGUE México, he invited me to work with him as Fashion Coordinator and Stylist, this opportunity gave me the freedom to explore and express my passion for mixing pieces and creating looks. I had the wonderful experience to have directed and learned from the best photographers, designers, makeup artists and professional models in Mexico City, together as team we created the most fabulous covers and photo shootings for the magazine In 1993, fashion and radio came together again, this time, we got an invitation from the radio personality Martin Hernández, to create, produce and direct a new radio show for Radioactivo 98.5 FM, the show was technically produced by the extraordinary talented Luis Roberto Márquez in Z Audio studio owned by the now famous Hollywood movie Director Alejandro Gonzáles Iñárritu, this time, we created "Virtual Radio". The show was about electronic music, fashion, interviews, live concerts, and new technologies, soon the show became like a small radio station inside a commercial radio station and "Virtual Radio" became the #1 radio show brocasted in Radioactivo 98.5 FM. Thanks to Director Jose Alvarez, who gave us the freedom to grow inside a commercial radio station. In 1996, due the popularity of the show Sergio and I became VR Productions, and we started organizing the first raves -massive electronic dance parties- for about 1500 to 3000 people, we invited world named Dj's artists to play in Mexico City for the first time. The same year, we got an invitation from the mayor record label MCA Music/Universal Music Entertainment to compiled a CD about the future of the Electronic Music in the year 2000, and we released the CD "Shabda-A Psychedelic Trance Experience". The CD featured artists from England and France, now a days is consider a classic album of Goa Trance music. In 1997, we were invited to Berlin, Germany to be interviewed for the radio show Ravesatellite on Fritz 102.6 FM conducted by the world famous DJ artist and Host of MTV Germany Marusha. The same year, Virtual Radio was recognized by the German magazine "Frontpage" and by "Wax Magazine" in London, as one of the world's best radio shows about Electronic Music, and we were recognized together with promoters from Tokyo, Ibiza, Sao Pablo, Mallorca, Dubai, and Berlin, as one of the top party promoters in the electronic music scene around the world in the article "United Colors of Partymacher" edited by Frontpage magazine from Berlin. In 1999, I moved to San Francisco, CA, where I got involve in the fashion business working for Victoria's Secret, the experience made me realize that it was my time to follow one of my other passions besides music. Fashion. In the year 2006 I moved to San Antonio, TX, and started working for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. The same year I meet Corey Nussbaum Campaign and Endowment Associate at the the Jewish Federation of San Antonio. She invited me together with 10 more women to start YWD Young Woman Division Committee of The Jewish Federation of San Antonio. The objective of MOODZINE is to support the High Fashion Designers scene and to develop an online resource where you can get the latest fashion trends, beauty and makeup updates from national and international Designers and Beauty expertises to help you develop your own personal style. In our weekly update I'm going to post my picks from the best Haute Couture and Ready to Wear Collections. In addition to this, we are going to post articles about Beauty, Health and Wellness, Lifestyle, Men's Fashion and Foundraising Events..
