Located at the cross-roads of Asia, Europe and Africa, Dubai is well positioned to attract tourists looking for somewhere new and different, a destination combining the traditions of the east with the comforts of the west. Soon Dubai will be internationally known as the home of the "Burj Dubai" -Arab of "Dubai Tower"- the tallest man-made structure on earth. Antenna/Spire 818 m (2,684 ft), Floor count 162 habitable floors in an area of 334,000 m2 (3,595,100 sq ft).This masterpiece was developled by Architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.The construction started on September 2004, the estimated completition will be this year and the opening it's being schedule for December 2, 2009. It will be used for office, hotel and recidential. Current worlds tallest tower is in Taipei 101, with a rooftop height of 1470 ft (448 m), most likely 200 m(670 ft)shorter then challenging Burj Dubai.

Burj al Arab  is the top luxury hotel in the world. The construction began on September 21, 2004, and it is expected to be completed and ready for occupation in September 2009. The imponent construction will be the only "7 Star" category hotel on earth, is 1,053 feet high and  Standing on an artificial island 280 meters from Jumeirah beach, it is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. Designed to resemble a billowing sail, the hotel soars to a height of 321 metres, dominating the Dubai coastline. This all-suite hotel reflects the finest that the world has to offer. Its sail inspired structure has rapidly become the most potent international symbol of the fast growing city of Dubai.
